Affordable housing is perhaps the Bay Area’s greatest need, but many sources of funding for affordable housing are gone or diminished, while others are under legal review. Come hear a range of perspectives on housing, including the state’s progress in achieving affordable housing targets, the status of legal challenges to inclusionary housing and how policies are affecting developments and communities.
