Farm-to-Bottle: The Road to True Local Brews

Evening Forum

Though the Bay Area may have many homegrown breweries, it has almost no homegrown barley. A few local businesses are trying to change that by cultivating and malting the grains themselves. Come for a tasting and a discussion of some of the challenges and opportunities facing these businesses as they work to rebuild the local farm-to-bottle beverage industry. Co-sponsored by CUESA.
